BACKGROUND

"She is a girl I adopted at the age of 5months. A local council leader brought her to me, having found her dumped by his doorsteps by an unknown careless mother.

"I first tried to see if there was any one who could come to claim for the girl, but till now no one has come. She was so sickly during her child hood days though as time went on her health has stabilized. She is expected to join kindergarten come next year."
