Take the time to watch this short video that will help you understand Timothy and Crane School a little better.
17 cents can feed 1 Ugandan AIDS orphan for a day
In Uganda, if you don't finish high school, you will never get a job
and are doomed to roam the streets or turn to crime.
If we find 122 people who would be willing to sponsor 5 students a month, Timothy's orphans will be able to eat, the income from tuition can go toward teacher salaries so they'll stop quitting, and Timothy's mission to give Ugandan orphans an education will continue on.
Don't think you can afford $25 a month?
Here are some ideas that may help you create some room in your budget:
- Sacrifice one night of eating out per month
- Refrain from buying ice cream, cake, candy, cookies, and other deserts
- Cut down on the amount of junk food you buy.
- Don't eat more than what you need/waste food.
- Switch to oatmeal or porridge for breakfast instead of cold cereal.
- (You fill in the blank. How else could you afford it?) _____________
Please look inside yourself and ask, "Am I supposed to be one of the '122'?
Do I feel the call to sponsor these children and keep this school running?"
If the answer is "Yes," please send tax-deductible donations to:
